TerraLoupe is a young, innovative machine learning software company based in Munich, Germany. The name “TerraLoupe” originates from “Terra” (lat. ground, terrain) and “Loupe”, the technical expression for magnifying glass. TerraLoupe analyzes aerial images with artificial intelligence.
Your tasks
  • Growing and developing the TerraLoupe team
  • Drafting new job advertisements
  • Review and evaluation of job applications as well as conducting job interviews 
  • Management of all our HR processes together with an external service provider
  • Concept and implementation of social media content 
  • Support in fair and event organisation 
  • Management of other external communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication or related field 
  • You have relevant work experience
  • Talent for communication and people screening
  • Appropriate writing and texting capabilities
  • Excellent sense for speaking  
  • Inspiring our team with optimistic energy and enthusiasm
  • Sense for responsibility and independent working style
  • Willingness and capability to familiarize yourself with new challenges and tasks
  • You have an entrepreneurial soul and strong team spirit
  • You are fluent in German and English
